Bagels with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese and Blueberries

Place cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla bean and rosewater into a bowl. Using an electric beater, blend for 30 seconds or until combined. Set aside.

Cut bagels in half and toast. Place two halves on each plate and evenly spread cream cheese over each halve. Top with blueberries and garnish with honey, pistachios and edible flowers.
