Two of our favourite foodies, Good Chef Bad Chef hosts; Rosie Mansfield (@rosiemansfield) and Adrian Richardson recently created one of Australia’s favourite desserts with a bit of a healthy twist, the classic trifle which aired on channel 10.
A popular recipe on the table of most Aussie households, The Good Chef and nutritionist Rosie shows us her healthy take using real and delicious ingredients. Made with plump, juicy Australian Blueberries, soft sponge cake, roasted almond flakes, and tangy Greek yoghurt, it's good enough for a second serving.
